the first column of prices is for a standard character commission. they can be done in any type and with any add-ons (see below for both). only add-ons will raise the base price listed. the second column of prices is for a specific type of commission (see special offers), where the size (icon, waist-up, full body), type, and relative add-ons are included in the description and price of said type.

TYPE

SKETCH

a cleaned up sketch! color and some minimal details can be added to the discretion of the commissioner. upcharges may apply.

FLAT

clean line work, colored lines, & flat colors. minimal shading & highlight details. upcharges may apply.

FULL

clean line work, colored lines, and full coloring. details and shading are done in full. upcharges may apply.

SPECIAL OFFERS

STICKER SHEET

an array of 3-5 small colored sketches arranged on a canvas in the style a sticker sheet would be produced! these can have multiple characters and props, but no discernable background (solid color, white, black, etc). there will be a mixture of headshots, waist shots, and full bodies at default.

FULL-BODY CHIBIS

a full color, full body of any character(s) in my chibi style (which can be found in the examples section)! any add-ons are available.

FULL ILLUSTRATION TABLETURF CARDS

a custom tableturf card that pictures a character waist-up & fully colored throughout the entire card, similar to a full illustration pokémon card! these come with a partial or full background and extra characters/details at my discretion.

ADD-ONS

percentages are of the base price (ex. 1 extra waist-up ($50) character would be an upcharge of $25, coming to a total of $75).any plus (+) marks that follow a price are a base that can go up depending on complexity.

BASIC TERMS

i reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.based on the complexity of the desired commission, i may request to upcharge.because of the nature of illustration, i will take a fair degree of creative liberty over commissions, unless the commissioner requests specific details. this includes (but is not limited to) texture[d] brushes, coloring style, background, etc. if there is anything specific concerning this that you have a question about, feel free to ask!payments are to be done through paypal or ko-fi in USD.reposts & reuploads are allowed with proper credit and without removal of signatures or watermarks.art may not be used for commercial use. my prices are based on the idea of using the product recreationally; if you have any questions about using a commission for commercial use, please inquire before the commission process so we can discuss.when commissioning me, you are agreeing to and stating that you have read my T.O.S.

REFUND POLICY

after the sketch phase, which is produced for half the price of the commission with said commissioner approval, refunds will be done based on how much work is done thus far. commissioners can cancel anytime but will not receive their full payment unless i can not finish a commission for any reason, or if the sketch is not started or only partially finished. a rough guide on the percentage of the payment that would be refunded in the instance of a cancellation is below:

on the SKETCH phase only, percentages are determined by the down payment (ex. full price commission is $50—you pay me $25 as a down payment. i refund you $25 if i have only a partial sketch completed and $20 if i have the sketch fully finished).

PROCESS & WORKFLOW

the commission process begins after you fill out the commission form! from there, i'll update my trello board with your commission accordingly, and we can begin discussing your commission. you can choose whether or not you would like status updates at each checkpoint (sketch, lines, flat color, details, etc). the commissioner may request edits during any updates! once the sketch is approved, i will take my liberty upon it and keep in mind any specific requests the commissioner could have requested.completion of any commission is estimated to take 2 to 8 weeks upon date of a completed down payment. if, for any reason, a commission is not completed within 120 days of any payment, i will issue a full refund.
